Limits

Limits can change. The upload form always shows the current page and size limits. If a book is over the limit you see E006.

How long files are kept

Your manuscript and every file made from it are deleted 24 hours after your book is ready. After that the link shows that the book has expired. Keep your own copy of your manuscript.

Your link is the key

Each book has a random 32-character link. There is no list of books, and the link is not guessable. Anyone who has it can download the files, so do not post it publicly.

Email delivery

If you ask for the download link by email, your address is used only to send the link. It is deleted as soon as the email is sent, fails, is cancelled, or the book expires. The email never contains your text.

What is logged

Our server logs record events, timings and error codes with hashed references. They never contain your text, your email address or your link. See the privacy policy for details.
